Billy was always a younger brother to me. When I was in high school and his Dad was away on duty in Japan, I helped watch over him an his brother Sammy. Billy was a one of a kind man who would give his shirt off his back if he thought you needed it. The Good Lord has another good man up in heaven. Love ya brother you will be missed.
