Elton Lynn Erhardt, 81, of Honesdale passed away on December 20, 2023 after a courageous battle with leukemia.
Elton was born in Honesdale on March 18, 1942 to the late Roy Charles and Lucille Elizabeth (Rutledge) Erhardt. He lived his entire life on the family farm on Kellows Road.

Elton enjoyed spending time at many of the local restaurants. You would often see him having a meal at The Country Cafe, Elegante's, Scarfalloto's, or The Red Schoolhouse. In the evening he could be spotted at Dunkin enjoying his coffee and donut.
In recent years, Elton looked forward to traveling with his nephews on Wednesdays. He loved being on the road and was happy to help whenever he could.
Through his travels, Elton made numerous friends. Many of those friends called or visited during his illness which he greatly appreciated.
Along with his parents, Elton was preceded in death by his brother Vernon Erhardt.
