A special friend, Corky. We had a lot of good times my friend. We could have written a book and no doubt it would have been a best seller. Our Maple City Restaurant was our own little family. So many memories. Corky was one of the kindest, sweetest people I ever knew. Rest in peace my friend and maybe we will see each other some day again.

Corky was a great friend and employee. She willingly taught me a lot about the kitchen service when we purchased the Maple City from Elsie. I have many wonderful memories and valued her friendship. She was a kind and caring person . Rest in peace Corky . Debby Olver

I only remember her from eating at the Maple City but she always seemed like a very happy person.. so sorry for the family’s loss.
