Obituary of Michelle L. Wallace

Michelle Davey Wallace, 54 of Lakeville, passed away suddenly on Friday, August 27, 2021 at home. She is survived by her husband of 17 years, Keith Wallace, whom she loved with all her heart. Born on December 16, 1966 in Honesdale, Pennsylvania to Shirley Danielson Davey and the late Russell Davey. Michelle was a Honesdale High School graduate of 1984. She spent more than 25 years working at the Lake Region IGA where she began when her father was part owner of the store. She was a fixture there and built some beautiful friendships with her coworkers over the years. Michelle was a lover of life. She enjoyed being a dog mama, Nascar, country music, growing flowers and houseplants, decorating their home, spending time with her family and friends, and most of all being a Mimi to her beautiful grandsons, who absolutely adored her. In addition to her husband Keith, Michelle is survived by her mother, Shirley Davey, daughter Taylor Britton and husband Nicolas, grandsons Landon and Owen Britton, mother-in law, Joan Gass Wallace ,Step-daughter Ashley Gross and husband Wyatt, grandsons Wade and Carter, step-son Chance Wallace and companion Emily Barton, sister-in-law Deborah Wallace Contorno, several aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her father Russell Davey and father-in-law John Wallace. Michelle loved her family and friends fiercely and enjoyed spending time with them. She will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing and loving her. Arrangements are being made by Arthur Bryant Funeral Home, 1228 Main St. Honesdale, Pa.
