My thoughts and condolences go out to his family! It was so nice working with Dam for a couple of years and then seeing him coming in to buy the supplies to make all of his wood furniture, etc. and to see the photos of his completed projects! He was an awesome man and will be truly missed!

Dear Debbie and family, I was absolutely heartbroken when I just went on facebook and had seen of Danny's passing. I was absolutely shocked because it was not to long ago that I saw the two of you in town. I never realized he had a set back. My deepest, heartfelt sympathy goes to you, your son and daughter. My favorite memory of Danny is when he was playing Santa Clause one year. He came to my apt when I lived over the carlot. I had no clue who it was. I just saw one tall handsome Santa and he picked me up and put me on his lap!!! I think I turned red when I found out who it was. I cared for him deeply and he will be greatly missed. Heaven now has a new Angel.
Sincerely,
Bonnie Abraham

Debbie and family,
I am truly sorry to hear that my Cousin Daniel is no longer with us. He definitely gave it a good fight with his cancer. My only regret is that I was unable to see him after so many years. My heart goes out to all of you as you adjust to his absence. Please know I have you all in my thoughts and prayers.

Daniel was my second Father growing up. I remember that he was always stern however fair. He was a good man and I'm proud to have known him for as long as I have.
One of the fondest memories I have is when we worked together at Supreme Zipper. We had to go from the shop to inventory building downtown and he asked me to come along. I thought it was for just work but he had other plans. I was in my early 20s and a bit lost on what I wanted to do with my life. He took this trip as a chance to talk TO me, not at me. He showed me respect when I needed it the most.
We talked about life and how we, as people, have a choice in everything. Daniel believe in accountability and he lived it. He showed me that I could do anything, as long as I made that choice and took responsibility for it. He was always like that, making the people around him better.
I love you Dad and I will always remember what you taught me.

Danny was a great friend to us and we will miss him very much. We will miss our times together with you both. We both promise to give you and your family our love, support and friendship as long as there is breathe within our lungs, and beating of our hearts. There is no comfort in loosing someone you love, but you can take some comfort in knowing his pain is over. Your life must go on, now, as mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and the ever important role of Oma. Danny will always be with you, so carry his love with you as you journey forward. The Angels in Heaven have now taken over the task of Danny's care, and no doubt in our minds, they have their hands full. All our love, Tom and Joy
