Bernhard Pfund, 75 of Honesdale, died Saturday, December 3, 2011 at home after an illness. He was preceded in death by his wife, the former Virginia Herrnkind in 1997.
Born on September 22, 1936 in Germany, he was the son of the late Robert and Josepha Pfund.
Bernie was a pump repairman and worked for Fritz Bros. for over 50 years.
Bernie is survived by two brothers: Roland Pfund and his wife Lois, and Robert Pfund and his wife Theresa all of Honesdale; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are attended by the Arthur A. Bryant Funeral Home 1228 North Main Street, Honesdale, PA 18431.
