Obituary of Wilfred E. Fritz

Wilfred E. Fritz 103 of Carbondale, a resident of Creekside Health Facility went home to be with his Lord and Savior on March 21, 2016. He was born on July 24, 1912 in Hancock, NY to the late William and Grace (Page) Fritz. He married Inda Maynard of Hancock NY on April 21, 1935. Wilfred and Inda were married for 69 years before she went to be with the Lord. He was a member of the Finch Hill Baptist Church. Wilfred worked in the auto industry all of his life. He enjoyed photography, playing the trumpet, and studying the Bible. He was a Sunday School teacher for many years. Wilfred is survived by his daughter, Linda Kellam and her husband Chester of Milanville; three grandchildren, Randy Kellam and his wife Patti of Tyler Hill, Brian Kellam and his wife Pamela of Beach Lake, Grace Blaine and her husband Scott of Honesdale; seven great grandchildren, Thomas and his wife Savannah, Victoria, Alexandra,Amanda, Matthew, Hannah, and Abigail; two great great grandchildren, Keslie and Martin. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, March 24, 2016 at 10:00 AM in the Finch Hill Baptist Church located at the intersection of 247 and 106 in Greenfield Township.
