Obituary of Ruth P. Blum

Ruth P. Blum, 92, a resident at Ellen Memorial Health Care Center in Honesdale, formerly of Beach Lake and Puyallup, Washington, died Sunday, September 4, 2011. She was married to the late John Blum.
Born on May 17, 1919 in Girdland, she was the daughter of the late Everett and Margaret Wahl Pintler. Ruth worked at Katz Underwear Factory in Honesdale. She was a member of the Beach Lake Free Methodist Church.
She is survived by a brother, Edwin Pintler of Beach Lake.
She was preceded in death by three brothers, Kenneth, Rexford and Garrett Pintler, and a sister, Daisy Pintler.
Graveside services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, September 17, 2011 in the Bethany Cemetery, Bethany PA with Rev. Bonnie Sheard officiating.
