Obituary of Judith A. Muck

Judith Timmerman Muck, age 73, of Bethany died Wednesday, February 18, 2015 at Wayne Memorial Hospital of Honesdale, PA. She was married to the late Arthur T. Muck. Judith was born March 31, 1941 in Camden, Arkansas. She is the daughter of the late Kenneth and Kathleen (Cox) Timmerman. She graduated from Wyndotte High School in Kansas City,Missouri class of 1959 and went on to the College of Emporia earning a bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts. Judith earned a masters degree in Library Science at Kansas University. She taught English in high school and worked at the Kansas City Public Library as a librarian. Judith headed a regional public library in Missouri then moved to Bloomington, Illinois and worked at the public library as a consultant. She loved to read and play bridge. Judith was of the Methodist faith. She is survived by a sister, Linda Gustin and her husband Paul of Preston Park; two nieces, Pamela Banicky and her husband Joseph of Orson, Wendy Gustin of Golden, Colorado; two great nephews, Joshua Banicky of Orson and Thomas Banicky of Orson; her beloved great niece, Ashley Banicky of Preston Park. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 28, 2015 at 12:00 Noon in Highland Park Funeral Home and Crematory, Kansas City, KS.
