Obituary of Dolores Mazza

Dolores Mazza, 77, of Damascus Township, died Saturday, September 28, 2013 at Wayne Memorial Hospital, Honesdale. She is survived by her husband, Manny Mazza. Born on May 27, 1936 in Plains, PA, she was the daughter of the late Adam and Helen Remavich. Dolores was a member of the Roman Catholic Church and most recently attended St. Mary's Church in Honesdale. She retired after many years of service as a supervisor at Wayne County Domestic Relations. She will be dearly missed. She is also survived by two children: Gary Mazza and his finance Pura, and Lisa Doney and her husband Kevin; five grandchildren: Heather, Nick, Anthony, Joe, and Brett; and a sister, Isabel Trunce. She was also preceded in death by many siblings. Following cremation, a Prayer Service will be held on Wednesday, October 2, 2013 at 5:00 P.M. in the Arthur A. Bryant Funeral Home 1228 North Main Street, Honesdale, PA 18431. Clergy from St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church will officiate. Friends may visit from 4:00 P.M. until the time of service at the funeral home. Interment of cremains will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
