Obituary of George F. Renner

George F. Renner, 77, of Lakewood, died Friday, February 8, 2013 in the Wayne Memorial Hospital, Honesdale, after an illness. He is survived by his wife, the former Beatrice Kline. Born on December 5, 1935 in Abington, PA, he was the son of the late Albert and Clara Brown Renner. George enjoyed hunting and fishing with his son and grandsons. He loved horses and was formerly a 4-H Leader of a horse and pony club with his wife in Bucks County. His children and grandchildren were his pride and joy. George is also survived by two children: June McGraw and her husband Joe of Lakewood, and Dale Renner and his wife Donna of Lake Como; a sister, Esther Wolfram of Limerick, PA; three grandchildren: Kyle and Nicholas McGraw and Danielle Renner. He was also preceded in death by a son: George Kevin Renner. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, February 14, 2013 at the Arthur A. Bryant Funeral Home 1228 North Main Street, Honesdale, PA 18431 with Rev. Patricia Hanley officiating. Friends may visit at the funeral home from 10:00 A.M. until the time of service on Thursday. Interment will be on Thursday in Odd Fellows' Cemetery, St. Clair, PA.
